Our commitment
The Njainday Pullo Cham Memorial Foundation is committed to protecting the privacy, dignity, and safety of every child participating in our programs. Information collected during school visits, needs assessments, and Foundation activities will only be accessed and used by authorized Foundation representatives for legitimate program purposes.
Permission for public sharing
A child's name, photograph, video, interview, performance, or personal story will only be publicly shared with appropriate permission from a parent or legal guardian. Permission applies to publicity and is separate from consideration for educational or community support.
Publicity is optional
Families may decline photography, video, interviews, or publicity without affecting a child's or school's eligibility to receive Foundation support. Children and families are not required to participate in publicity to be considered for support.
Responsible use of photographs and stories
The Foundation will use photographs and stories responsibly to document its work and demonstrate impact while respecting the dignity and privacy of the children, families, schools, and communities it serves.
Questions or concerns
Parents, legal guardians, schools, and community partners may contact the Foundation with questions about child privacy, publicity permission, or this policy at info@npcfoundation.org.
