The The Njainday Pullo Cham Memorial Foundation is committed to protecting the privacy, dignity, and safety of every child participating in our programs. Information collected during school visits, needs assessments, and Foundation activities will only be accessed and used by authorized Foundation representatives for legitimate program purposes.
The Foundation works directly with participating schools to understand educational needs, priorities, estimated costs, and available resources. Information shared by a school or family is used to assess needs, plan appropriate support, verify approved expenses, and document Foundation activities. We seek information relevant to these purposes.
Information collected through school visits, needs assessments, and Foundation activities may only be accessed and used by authorized Foundation representatives for legitimate program purposes. It is not used to decide whether a family may decline publicity; educational support is considered separately from publicity permission.
If you contact the Foundation, submit an event RSVP, or subscribe to Foundation updates, the details you provide are used to respond to your inquiry, manage the RSVP, or send the updates you requested.
A child's name, photograph, video, interview, performance, or personal story will only be publicly shared with appropriate permission from a parent or legal guardian. Families may decline photography, video, interviews, or publicity without affecting a child's or school's eligibility to receive Foundation support.
